As a visitor to our website, an OnStation subscriber or a customer of an OnStation subscriber ("consumer"), you have the right to control how you or your customers' personal information is used. You have the right at any time to opt-out from receiving these communications. If you would like to opt-out from receiving these communications please e-mail privacy@onstation.com. Click here for more info.
OnStation Subscribers
OnStation asks new subscribers to provide their name, business name, address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address as well as a credit card or bank account number. This information is used for customer service and recurring monthly billing purposes only.
In order to use OnStation's service, we upload consumers' personally identifiable information into our secure servers. The collection of our subscribers' information and consumer information is done solely to provide our services to subscribers in accordance with our Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use.
OnStation will never sell, share or rent the information collected with any third parties unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy. Click here for more info.

How OnStation Collects Personally Identifiable Information
OnStation collects personal information from users at several different points within our website and hosted product. This enables OnStation to provide users with better information about our services. Providing your information to OnStation ensures that a visit to our site or hosted service is simple, convenient and productive. OnStation is the sole owner of all information collected. OnStation will NEVER sell, share or rent your information to others in ways that differ from what is disclosed in this statement.
Corporate Website
On the corporate website, OnStation collects information about prospective subscribers and other visitors based on their request to receive further information about our services. A visitor to our site will be asked to provide contact information such as name, business name, address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address. We use this information only to contact the visitor about the services for which they have requested further information.
Hosted Product
OnStation asks new subscribers to provide their name, business name, address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address. We call this "Subscriber Information." As a new subscriber, you will also be asked to provide payment information such as a credit card or bank account number which is used for monthly billing purposes only.
As part of OnStation's service deployment process, we securely upload your customers' personally identifiable information (we call this "Consumer Information") into our secure servers. This process is performed so OnStation can provide our services to consumers on your behalf. The collection of Subscriber Information and Consumer Information is done solely to provide our services to you in accordance with your Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use.
Log Files
As is true of most websites, OnStation gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, page views, referring URL and a date/time stamp.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a web server to the end user's hard disk, enabling the serving party to track the website activities of the user. OnStation uses cookies to help personalize your experience with our website and to ensure that no unauthorized users can access our subscribers' web pages within our service. We do not issue any cookies which enable third parties to track the activities of end users.
Clear Gifs
In the e-mails we send on our subscribers' behalf, we employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a web beacons) that help us better manage our site content by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies that are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
